How We Work
Two tracks. One standard.
Every company we bring to our syndicate has been personally validated by MD — either by building it from scratch, or by working weekly alongside the founder for months. There are no shortcuts here.
We build the company.
Then we find the founder.
AIPod identifies a proven AI business model from a global market, re-engineers it for India's realities, and builds a production-grade product internally. Only after validation do we recruit a founder and invite the syndicate.

Mentorship before money.
When a promising founder approaches AIPod, we don't write a cheque. We commit — 30 to 60 minutes a week for up to a year — working on product thinking, market fit, and early customers. Only founders who earn it get presented to the syndicate.

AIPod runs a structured three-level workshop series for undergraduate students — from first curiosity about entrepreneurship all the way to building a fundable startup concept. Each level is designed to do one thing well.
